Install, official reports, portal and pricing — short answers.
Answers match the current EgeOcak release. For the spreadsheet gap, see the Excel comparison. For English search terms: marble quarry software, block tracking, quarry inventory.
What is EgeOcak?
EgeOcak is online marble quarry software that tracks blocks and rubble from production intake through customer marking to dispatch. It is built by White Quarry.
Do we need an install or a private server?
No. EgeOcak runs in the browser. Use it from office, home or the yard on a computer or phone. There is no local install or file-backup burden.
Can we produce the official mining report?
Yes. Intake reports include the statutory mining file, quality and bench mix, a production forecast and the in-out balance, all from the slips. Report list
How does the customer portal work?
A portal code and password sit on the account card. Buyers see marked orders, delivered versus remaining blocks, and a PDF of the detail. They do not need to call the office. Portal page
Why is there no price list on the site?
Pricing depends on how many pits, users and whether you need the portal and official reports. A quote follows the demo.
Is Excel or a notebook enough?
In daily production the same block can be sold twice, the official file drifts from the slips, and a marked stone is forgotten in the yard. EgeOcak keeps that sequence in one record. See Excel versus EgeOcak
Are blocks and rubble tracked together?
Yes. Intake and dispatch slips record size, quality, bench and photos for both. The block board shows waiting stock as cards.
Can we run more than one quarry?
Yes. Company and warehouse accounts keep several pits or stock points in the same product.
What does the AI actually do?
A block photo yields crack and colour-shift scores. The assistant answers production, stock and account questions against a selected year. The quarry map stores pins and notes on a field photo.
